Terms & policies
tmp.site is a beta, ephemeral static-publishing service. By using it, through the website, the CLI, or an AI agent, you agree to the terms below. Last updated 2026-09-14.
1 · Terms of service
tmp.site turns a static build into a temporary, anonymous URL. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind. It is in beta: features, limits, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time.
Deployments are temporary by design and expire automatically. We do not guarantee that any deployment, URL, or file remains available, and we may remove content or revoke access at any time, with or without notice.
You keep ownership of what you publish. You grant tmp.site only the rights needed to host and serve that content while the deployment is live.
2 · Acceptable use policy
Publish only content you have the right to distribute. You may not use tmp.site to host or distribute:
- illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights;
- malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive pages that impersonate a person or organization;
- pages that collect credentials, payment details, or personal data under false pretenses;
- material that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise harmful to others.
Do not abuse the anonymous quotas, circumvent size, rate, or expiry limits, or attack, probe, or overload the infrastructure. Automated or bulk publishing that degrades the service for others is not allowed.
Random URLs are not authentication and not a secret. Do not publish anything confidential: treat everything you publish as public.
3 · Responsibility & liability
You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for complying with all applicable laws. tmp.site is a hosting conduit and does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for user content.
Because deployments are anonymous and ephemeral, we provide no guarantee of availability, retention, confidentiality, or fitness for any purpose. Do not use tmp.site for production, critical, or long-lived hosting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tmp.site and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, the loss or exposure of published content, or the expiration or removal of a deployment.
Report abuse to the operators; we act on reports at our discretion.
